Removing the castor sacs of a beaver. Make a 6 to 7 inch incision from the anus to the belly. Peel back the skin slightly on both sides. From here you can find the castor sacs by moving some of the thin tissue and fat with your fingers. The sacs can be basically peeled out without damaging them.
