It's cappy o'clock. Cappy has paresis and is incontinent as a result. He needs help with his tinkles 3-4x a day. He can partially empty his bladder, outside of his control, and this can lead to his fur being soaked in his tinkles. The diaper does help keep messes down and Cappy's fur clean (ish).
