Sep 30, 2024 · Similar issue on my iPhone 16. As the screen dims before going to sleep, it will suddenly turn purple. You can still see a little bit of the wallpaper, but all around it is purple. Then the phone goes to sleep. When I tap to wake it's back to normal. This doesn't happen each time, seems to be random.
