Jan 7, 2023 · Tetsuo arguably negs if it’s him at the end of the manga/movie, but loses instantly if he’s in human form at any point. It really just depends on your interpretation of what Tetsuo becomes in the end.

Aug 23, 2016 · Round 1 sees Tetsuo as just a typical gang member without any extraordinary abilities. Kameda could take him easily in this state or any clown member. Round 2 sees Akira's influence increase, hence, he's more powerful but quite unstable. This places him above any typical thug/soldier, etc.
