However, given its massive swings and forced bleeding on Heavy Attacks, it excels at doing Heavy Attack based setups. Again, both come down to preference, both are quite viable in their own right.

Sep 30, 2022 · Livia is really good for frames that don't have exhalted/stat stick abilities. But on those frames tatsu will be the best 2H nikana. What will really decide the winner will be riven dispo. Livia has garbage disposition, if tatsu has a better dispo it could more than make up for the lower base damage and crit chance

Tatsu with Wise Razor is a great weapon with good status, great damage, and good range. But Wise Razor is doing most of the work because Tatsu's base stats are pretty lackluster - even status chance is quite low for an ostensibly status-focused weapon. The next Long Kitana will likely blow it out of the water.
