This is the theoretical TR-6 TELOS, a high altitude, low observability, stealth reconnaissance aircraft that uses the Magnetic Field Disruptor technology for propulsion. Therefore, it is silent, and can move in any direction it wants, however due to how massive the TR-6 is, it can only do this at low speeds, specifically for vertical takeoffs.
