Nov 16, 2019 · Does anyone know to have that cool 'TV filter' that the flags have in this mod? It looks sick as fuck and it automatically makes any flag look 100x better. Mar 25, 2021 · Is it an animated .gif or something? I don't think there's a single word that describes this effect. Your best bet is looking for something like "TV stripes effect" and then experimenting with transparency and filters in a program like Photoshop or GIMP.
