SASTRA TBI has large setup for both 3D Printing and IoT at its own campus. The 3D Printing setup is country’s largest collection of 3D Printers across any academic Institutions. There are over 32 machines across various 3D Printing Technologies of different sizes.

This Workshop mainly aims to introduce and train people from diverse backgrounds in 3D printing solutions for replicating complex tissue/organ structures with identical shape, texture and material properties for personalized medical implants.

Our vision is to nurture technology start-up businesses to increase the successful development of new businesses, job creation and employment by leveraging latest digital technologies such as 3D Printing and IoT.
