My headcanon is that SSB2 and SSB3 are possible, with 3 being the theoretical limit of their power. But Super Saiyan was mastered and has minimal energy drain, and is the only reason SSB is even possible.

Sep 13, 2022 · Goku just doesn't need it with Kaioken, but possibly could. In the manga, SSJBE Vegeta doesn't have larger muscles, and might basically be a SSJB2. Other than Evo, Mastered SSJB requires perfect ki control of condensing energy within the body.
