The Rizal Monument (original title: Motto Stella; Latin: "guiding star") is a memorial in Rizal Park in Manila, Philippines built to commemorate the executed Filipino nationalist, José Rizal.

Located at the western end of Rizal Park is the Rizal Monument which contains the mortal remains of Dr Jose Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines, who was executed near here by a firing squad under orders of the Spanish colonial authorities on December 30, 1896.

The Rizal Monument is a national monument and the tomb of Philippine hero Jose Rizal. Designed by Swiss sculptor Richard Kissling (1848-1919) and unveiled in 1913, it is a sculptural group consisting of a cast bronze statue of Rizal with allegorical figures and a granite obelisk on a base where his remains are interred.

The Rizal Monument serves as a meaningful national heritage for Filipinos by commemorating Jose Rizal's valiant act for his homeland. An exact replica of the Rizal Monument can be found in Madrid, Spain, at the intersection of Avenida de Las Islas Filipinas and Calle Santander.
