Tsunade and Bee both mention how Minato-like Naruto's evasion of the Raikage was; even the Raikage makes the comparison himself. Those few chapters hone in on the parallel between Minato and Naruto. Difference is that Minato needed FTG to evade the Raikage's V2 punch, while KCM Naruto did it with pure physical speed.

Just Karin saying the 4th's Chakra is reaching tailed-beast levels should have instantly let you know that Ay is in the same league as his father, the 3rd Raikage.

Oct 8, 2019 · If Naruto was 80x faster than the raikage on reaction then he should have blizted Itachi who wasn't shown to be that much faster than sasuke who was blitzed by the raikage. The calc doesn't work with the serious unless you believe Naruto was holding back his 80x sasuke speed for the fight against Madara.

If we take shikamaru figuring out Hidan's power as a reference, then Naruto's move on the raikage was pretty clever in universe and I don't think Minato would have been able to do the same without advice from the eight tails
