Nov 6, 2021 · Replace Ultomato with Peapod, and add 3x balloons from Boom Balloon Flower hanging above then you would get the maximum of plants can be placed on a valid tile. Yup, as mentioned I realized it when I already posted the image, I rarely use peapod so but maybe the reason I forgot about it.
