So if Rinnegan Obito decides preform his Gedo seal with all those tailed beast powers he has via his Rinnegan, then you have a Ten tails revival. So Obito stomps. Rinnegan Obito is just his natural orange mask abilities plus the rinnegan’s Gedo jutsu.

Even if Obito somehow gets the other Rinnegan (He's not probably not going to, since i'm pretty positive you need the EMS before being able to unlock Rinnegan), the same won't happen to Kakashi since he has 0 Senju DNA to begin with. In fact, do we even know what clan Kakashi belongs to? My guess would be the Inuzuka.
