New York City is a softball city and we are proud to offer leagues and tournaments to 100s of teams and 1000s of players each year. While we have our share of incredibly talented and skilled players, we view ourselves as a rec league that is perfect for friend groups and company teams looking to have some fun together.

We offer coed and men’s leagues in the spring, summer, and fall seasons. We have been fortunate enough to work with amazing team captains, umpires, and players as we’ve grown into one of the largest sports leagues in NYC.

NYC Softball League has the following tournaments planned for the 2024 season May 26th, 2024 – Memorial Day Weekend Tournament (Coed and Men’s Divisions) July 6th, 2024 – Independence Day Weekend Tournament (Coed and Men’s Divisions)

Our league plays at multiple fields all over NYC. We will try to have grounds rules that are as uniform as possible, but each field is different and ground rules will be laid out for each playing field.

Coed and Men's Leagues throughout New York City

League Dates: Games are available starting the week of June 9th. The season runs through the end of August, including playoff and rainout dates.Teams can select their preferred start date during the sign up. Start date is subject to change due to spring season weather cancellations.

Locations and Times: Our Spring Sunday Coed League takes place at East River Park and Central Park. Game times range from 9 am – 8:30 pm. Lower east side games will also take place at Coleman Oval or Peter’s Field.
