Marty, along with his business partner, Wayne Mason, were instrumental in setting up and developing the FIRST ever mixed use zoning property in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Also in Gwinnett County, they acquired a 200 acre site from Norfolk Southern Railroad and developed the site into a mixed use development in the City of Duluth, Georgia.

Slow Pour Brewing Company, which opened its doors in September of 2017, began as a conversation and a what-if between Marty and his brother-in-law John, and they haven’t looked back since. A gift exchange that resulted in a home-brew kit was the beginning of this adventure.
