The Kokomo Components plant has been building automotive components for over 86 years. It is the original home of Delco Radio in 1936 and is well known for its electronics expertise. In 2009 the site became part of General Motors Components Holdings LLC.

GM's oldest assembly plant in North America. Located at 2100 Burlingame Avenue SW. Originally established as Diesel Equipment Division of GM. Transferred to Delphi Automotive Systems in 1999 (Delphi Powertrain Systems Grand Rapids); taken back under Delphi Corporation bankruptcy and renamed General Motors Components Holdings in 1999.
