Mar 20, 2021 · I think Japan certainly has more potential than Germany long-term. Germany basically needs one specific Speer path to "win" the Cold War. Japan and the Sphere has a huge amount of long-term economic potential to unlock, and most of their planned leaders were historically competent and presided over periods of rapid growth.
