All three characters are flawed. Bella used Jacob from the get go and was confused about her feelings between the two. Jacob was annoyingly persistent with trying to save Bella's life. And Edward was too extreme that sometimes it was annoying. And sometimes Bella let the wrong things slide. And she was too hard on herself.
