Goten, the youngest son of Goku and Chi-Chi, is a Saiyan and Earthling hybrid. His Saiyan heritage from Goku, a renowned warrior, combined with his Earthling lineage from Chi-Chi, provides him with immense potential.

Jul 18, 2020 · Goten and Trunks could only go SSJ3 while fused, and Gotenks wasn't in GT. Also, even if Gotenks was in GT, he may have been too weak to go SSJ3 (Vegeta does state at the beginning of GT that both Trunks and Goten were slacking on their training).

In Dragon Ball GT, Vegeta and Gohan both appear to briefly use the Super Saiyan 2 form during the Super 17 Saga. Gohan seems to use it during the battle with Super 17, as his hairstyle changes to match that of a Super Saiyan 2.

Aug 28, 2015 · Goten and Trunks has never turned Super Saiyan 2. Chapter #427 The Special Training Begins!! is when we first see Goten going Super Saiyan. The first appearance of Trunks going Super Saiyan is in chapter #429 The World Martial Arts Tournament Approaches.

Aug 28, 2020 · Recently i was wondering why Goten And trunks never went Ssj2. They could have easily achieved it or Someone could have taught them to go beyond ssj, someone who has experience with ssj2 like Gohan. Even in Non Canon series like GT they never went above ssj.

Nov 19, 2016 · Daizenshuu #7 (Special Attack Index, pp. 124) states that Gotenks is able to go SSJ2. Fortunately I got a Japanese scan from a website, you can compare it with the translation. - I covered the Gotenks' part with the red box. Those are the special attacks/moves he can perform.

Officially, according to (I think) one of the GT Perfect Files books, nobody used Super Saiyan 2 in GT. But there's a brief moment when Goku definitely appears to use it to deflect an attack...

Jul 29, 2018 · And when it comes to SSj2 of course it is the most useless transformation in GT. For example in the Baby arc when Baby took over Vegeta's body and goes SSJ, he very briefly turns into his version of SSj2 (Super Baby 1).

Sep 7, 2016 · SSJ Goten (Baby) should be somewhere between a few tiers higher than Super Buu to a notch or two below Ultimate Gohan. His attacks were actually able to inflict some damage on Base Gohan, who was likely stronger than his Buu arc incarnation.

In Dragon Ball GT, by the Baby Saga Goten has grown more powerful. When Baby attacks the Earth, he is strong enough to take him on, though even when Goten used a Kamehameha, he was unable to eliminate Baby - allowing the Tuffle to take over his body.
