Oct 18, 2020 · I have ATT 1G up/down Fiber internet. The first day within a few hours after the installation the internet would cut out. I installed a cooling fan with a filter to blow against the OTS ( fiber optic modem). It works normal no cut outs every since. I posted this on ATT site and someone tried it and confirmed what I did takes care of the issue.

Oct 1, 2017 · Once the ethernet stops working, the wifi stops working too. The lights on the modem are all green but there is no internet. The only solution is to reboot the modem. When I do not use the Apple TV 4K, I see no disruption. This did not happen with the previous generation of Apple TV. I first thought it was my AT&T Uverse modem.

Jan 7, 2023 · I informed Apple support that this happened after the recent iOS update. They couldn't pin point the problem and suggested I do a full reset and restore which is way too time consuming. This cannot be an ISP or modem issue because everything works fine on MacBook and my wife's work Dell laptop which both use the same wifi as the iOS devices.

If you are not connected to wifi could be a problem with iPhone settings or Router/Modem Settings; If you are not connected to the internet is the sole issue of Router / Modem Settings. Contact your ISP immediately; For your Internet connection.
