:) So, injectors, intake, filter, and pump can be eliminated.Compression testing is a bit of a pain on a 3000gt VR-4. Pulling the back plug, #1 I think, requires removing the intake manifold the last I checked.

Oct 23, 2008 · 93 Mits. 3000gt vr4 #3 &6 cylinder not firing. swapped with different coil no change. Replaced all caps in ecu, nothing leaking or burned, no change. Compression fine. injector ohms about 14. Traced all coil and injector related wiring, no burns or breaks. I've read of the possibility of a failed coil driver or possibly ECS related.

Customer: Hi, I have a 93 3000gt vr4. It's over heating without a thermostat in it. I changed all the hoses and put a temp sensor in it. I flushed the radiator and have 2 electric fans on it. Sometimes it doesn't turn over and the solenoid just clicks, but i just put a new starter in.

Car has been running great, and on Friday it just turned off w/no prior "check-in" light or other indications. Electrical system is working, car cranks, but does not start or attempt to start.
