The Des Moines Police Department says two people were injured in a shooting incident Monday afternoon. According to the DMPD, a shooting was reported at a residence in the 3900 block of Lynner Drive around 4:38 p.m. When officers arrived, they found two people injured. Medics from the Des Moines Fire Department have also responded to the scene.
