MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man was seriously injured after a shooting in North Memphis on Friday afternoon, police said. Officers responded to a shooting at 712 North Manassas at 4:15 p.m. According to police, a man was taken to Regional One Health hospital in critical condition. Police reported that one man was detained.

MPD officers responded to the shooting just after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of College Park Drive near Walker Ave.

Three people were injured in a shooting on Park Avenue in Memphis, with two in critical condition and one in non-critical condition. Memphis Police have one person in custody and suggest the involved parties knew each other.

A 20-year-old man was arrested in a shooting Thursday night in South Memphis that left a man with serious injuries, police said.

A man in critical condition was taken to Regional One after a shooting on Wednesday night. At 6 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the block of 1700 of McMillan Street. There is no suspect information at this time.

A boy was shot Friday morning near North Memphis. Memphis police arrived at a Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital around 3 a.m. after a child arrived there in a private vehicle. Police said the shooting happened on Alma Street.
