International Paper (NYSE: IP) will close several facilities, including the Red River mill in Louisiana and plants in Phoenix, Hazleton, and St. Louis. The closures will impact 674 employees.
All of the facilities are expected to cease operations by the end of April 2025. In total, 495 hourly employees and 179 salaried employees will be affected.
