Formula 1: Drive to Survive is now one of Netflix’s longest-running documentary series, having first premiered in 2019. Now in its seventh season, viewership appears to be on a downward trend, but there’s still plenty of fuel left in the tank.

Formula 1 teams have been talking about the much-awaited premier-class racing docuseries, Netflix's Drive to Survive Season 7.

The latest season of Drive to Survive was released on Friday as the popular docu-series tells the story of the 2024 season. Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari featured prominently, as did the Christian Horner scandal and Max Verstappen’s title win.

Rees, executive producer of the hit Netflix reality series, talks about the show's experimental approach this season: "There are definitely two or three episodes which are a departure for us."
