A dead man was found hog-tied in the grass off a Queens highway Tuesday, according to law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation. The discovery was made near Clearview Expressway and Union Turnpike around 9 a.

A man’s body was found tied up and possibly shot off a Queens expressway Tuesday morning, police sources said. The grisly discovery was made just before 9 a.m. in the weeds off the Clearview Expressway near Union Turnpike in Cunningham Park.

QUEENS (WABC) -- A body was discovered in the grass off the Clearview Expressway in Queens on Tuesday morning. Passersby noticed the body along the northbound lanes, by exit 2, just before 9 a.m. The witnesses had pulled over for an unrelated accident when they made the discovery.

The 24-year-old victim was attacked at 9 Plus KTV Karaoke Bar on 39th Ave. near 138th St. in Flushing around 4 a.m. on Jan. 20, police said.
