CHICAGO (CBS/AP) — A 13-year-old boy appeared in court in Wisconsin on Friday, accused of making terroristic threats after what police initially described as a school shooting threat.

Kenosha police arrested a 13-year-old boy armed with a rifle in a bag after he attempted to enter an elementary school but ran away when he was approached by staff.
