At Wednesday’s ceremony, Charlie Maikish, who was the director of the World Trade Center in 1993, delivered remarks, as did Elizabeth L. Hillman, president of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, which oversees the reflecting pools where the names of the victims of the attacks on 2/26/1993 and 9/11/2001 are engraved.
