Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano (biceps, hamstring) and cornerback Taron Johnson (neck, shoulder) have both been cleared from the final injury report on Friday and will be active against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday for the AFC Championship tilt.

The Chiefs got the key fourth-down stop at midfield, and they did it by fooling Bills quarterback Josh Allen. They brought five rushers, three of whom found the backfield, because Spagnuolo decided to drop defensive lineman Mike Danna into coverage.

The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Buffalo Bills in the AFC championship game, and there was plenty to take away from the Sunday playoff contest.

Safety Taylor Rapp will miss the AFC title game, while Matt Milano, Taron Johnson look to be set to go. Christian Benford is still in concussion protocol.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday that Milano (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports. Milano played a season-high 88 percent of defensive snaps during last Sunday's divisional-round win over the Ravens,

The hamstring issue comes at a horrible time for the Bills and Milano, who has played excellent football in the past two playoff games. He made several important plays against the Ravens, including a pass breakup on Lamar Jackson’s two-point conversion attempt in the third quarter of Buffalo’s 27-25 victory.

Defensive tackle DaRon Payne (knee/finger) also didn't practice along with linebacker Bobby Wagner (ankle). Tight end Zach Ertz (ribs) had a rest day, along with pass rusher Dante Fowler Jr. (non injury related).

Milano (hamstring/elbow) practiced in full Friday and does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's road AFC Championship Game at Kansas City.

Bills cornerback Christian Benford cleared the concussion protocol and was active for Sunday’s AFC championship game.
