Pittsburgh police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man. Luis Espinoza, 30, was last seen on foot in the area of South Side Park off of Mission Street on Jan. 20 at around 10:30 a.m. He was last seen wearing a black peacoat and black pants. ARLINGTON – The United Football League announced its new national headquarters will be in North Texas. The headquarters will be located in Arlington, inside the city's ballpark circle. The UFL is in season from March through June, but the new facility will serve as the league's year-round operations home, the league said.

Three years later, the XFL's successor, the UFL, will now call Arlington home for years to come.

Arlington has opened new land for fracking for the first time in 12 years, allowing TotalEnergies to drill 10 new gas wells near a daycare center.

Total Energies, a French energy company, already owns five gas wells near Mother's Heart Learning Center in east Arlington. The proposed wells would be located at 2020 South Watson Road, 1,000 feet away from the daycare and more than 800 feet from the nearest resident, the company said in a statement.

At the site, French oil and gas company TotalEnergies plans to drill 10 new gas wells at 2020 S. Watson Road, just down the street from The Mother’s Heart Learning Center, an Arlington day care center that predominantly serves children of color.
