ATLANTA — Mercedes-Benz Stadium was the epicenter of the college football world Monday as it hosted the College Football Playoff National Championship between Ohio State and Notre Dame. The game features a plethora of stars as two of the sport’s most talented rosters meet head-to-head. The matchup also brought out stars off the field.
Among those to make the cut are first-timer Victor Wembanyama and 21st-timer LeBron James. Wembanyama becomes only the fourth Spurs player to make the All-Star Game in his first or second season. The others: Alvin Robertson in 1986, David Robinson in 1990 and 1991, and Tim Duncan in 1998.
