You can draw on your iPhone in the Photos or Notes app. In the Photos app, you can draw over existing photos with the Markup tool, which allows you to choose different colors and drawing styles.

To draw on photos: • Open the photo and tap Edit, then the Markup button. It looks like a pencil inside a circle. • Tap the Plus button to add Description, Text, Signature, ...
