Honolulu police arrested four more people on Wednesday afternoon in connection with a deadly New Year’s fireworks explosion in a Honolulu neighborhood. Jessica Ferrer, 38, and Cedric Benigno, 35, were arrested on suspicion of four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and one count of reckless endangering.
