When PDF tables are highlighted, click on the Preview & Export Extracted Data button. Finally, use the drop-down menu at the top to select an output format and press the Export button.

For a single table on one page, this is a quick and reasonably simple choice. If you have multiple tables in a multi-page PDF, this also works well — as long as each table is confined to one page.
