Police say the victim, 18-year-old Jake Reynosa was walking down the street ... but not too young to be charged with capital murder. It's rare for teen girls to be linked to such a violent crime.

Two victims were shot. One of the victims ran to Reynosa Drive, where they were picked up by an ambulance. Both victims were taken to a local hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
