Prince Harry was “singled out” for “unjustified and inferior treatment” when his U.K. security protections were downgraded, his lawyer argued as the royal made an appearance at London’s Court of Appeal on Tuesday.

Prince Harry is in court Tuesday appealing the British government’s decision to ax his publicly-funded security detail.

The Duke of Sussex is contesting a decision to change his security status after he stopped being a working royal.
