DoubleTree Hotel in Bay City sold at auction“The DoubleTree went into foreclosure, and it was purchased on Friday, March 28, for the sum of $20 million,” said Brandon Krause, the Bay County register of deeds.
"The result of this one for the Doubletree, was BCM Hotel LLC picked it up, paid for it at the sheriff's sale, for $20 million," says Krause. We could not reach the entity BCM Hotel LLC for comment.
