The Mzimkhulu River bridge at Port Sheptone. Port Shepstone’s Mzimkhulu River bridge, the main bridge at the mouth of the river, is to be closed for an ongoing repair and rehabilitation project.
The Mzimkhulu River bridge will be closed on Monday, March 17 for repairs. The KZN Department of Transport MEC, Siboniso Duma, said more than R190 million has been allocated for this project.
