The new policy, which formally prohibits all non-cashier workers, and cashiers in the Blue Room, from doing homework on the job, has resulted in some workers refusing to sign their annual contracts.

No attendance. The school year has 180 days. When school has to be canceled for more than a few days because of snow or other emergencies, the commonwealth says that they have to make up those days.
