A photo of “work wife” and “work husband” Valentine’s Day cards for sale has X users up in arms, accusing them of normalizing cheating. While some people felt that the idea of celebrating a work spouse is harmless, the image had some women ready to commit acts of violence as they imagined their husbands buying one of these.

An acidic collection of 19th Century Valentine's Day cards that were meant to mock their recipients are on display. Most of the so-called Vinegar Valentines cards are unsold stock from a Dorset shop that was open in Wimborne High Street between 1837 and 1871.

Valentine's Day is a romantic holiday. There should be no romance between colleagues. Nip this practice in the bud.
