Police say one arrest has been made and at least two more are expected in connection with the death of Caleb Wilson.
Police added that the victim reportedly suffered multiple abrasions and bruising on her face, as well as a laceration on her left arm.
Wilson's autopsy revealed a small bruise to the right side of his chest. Police think McCray had no intention to cause death or great bodily harm to Wilson.
If you see bruising or swelling ... that help expand and contract your chest as a normal part of breathing," says Dr. Kate Rowland, a family medicine doctor and professor at Rush University.
