Roconda Singleton allegedly told police how she planned to set the house on fire while her three daughters were inside early on a Saturday morning, removing all the smoke alarms in the house first so they would sleep longer while the fire spread.

The mother poured lighter fluid both upstairs and downstairs in the home, according to authorities, who called the case “unimaginably horrific.”
