Hi Taylor! Yes, Terwilliger Hot Springs is clothing optional. There is a small covered area where people keep their clothing and other belongings. We love these hot springs but should add that they are closed due to a landslide on the road out there. They may be opened again in 2019. If you would like a list of other hot springs in the area, check out the Eugene, Cascades & Coast website!
