I'm not sure how much a taxi would cost because it is a bit of a distance from the downtown area. Although kilometer or mile wise it is not that far, the roads are winding and slow to travel on. Water is lovely, no need for water shoes unless you feel safer with them on. There is no entrance fee but I do believe there is a fee for chairs.We rented a car and you really need to pay attention to where the cutoffs for certain roads are or you could find yourself lost.
