what can we expect to see on a short boat trip up this river around middle of May approx. 20th - 27th perhaps? ie are there any bears out at that time or is it too cold still ? do you offer partial refunds if there are no bears spotted?

Hi, I have tried to contact you via your website but not had any response, not sure if it's getting through. We are travelling to the area from the UK , 25 August for a few days and are a family party of four. We're not sure whether to go for the river safari or the jeep tour, when would be the best time to book, does it make a difference on time of day?
