Hi, is Keibul Lamjao National Park open in July (first/second week)? Is this time worth visiting?

Am not sure if the park is entirely closed. But if possible, visit Manipur in November for the Sangai festival. And when you are there, you can visit the park too.
Hello. Is the park open on Sundays? We're a group of 3 people planning to reach Keibul Lamjao NP on 20th afternoon and plan to stay the night inside the national park and see around the next morning, which is Sunday. Is that OK?
