An alternative is the local outdoor swimming the Sondhullin baths, this has outdoor and indoor pools, sauna and a steam room and some hot pods. The jacuzzi is lovely, the outdoor pools are so warm, you need to shower without a costume due to there being no chlorine in these mineral waters but there is a cubicle for us reserved Brits I got in free being over 65 and it was 6 gbp for the wife, there is a small area to get a coffee too.
