If you talk to the tour operators, they will be able to help you set something us. we stayed at Midas and rented their ATV, drove ourselves, but the road was not that great back in November. I talked to couple taxi drivers in SI, who said they will take us there for a steep fee, but I believe they would chicken out once they saw the road. I can recommend Explore inland agency who we did mot tours while in SI, Sergio, the owner is trying quite hard to help the customers with any possible /impossible requests.
