We live in Cornwall and enjoy visiting the Plymouth and Exeter museums which are free entry and thought this would be similar. It was to some extent and it was good but expensive which puts me off re… Full review by Seed123

Is there somewhere in the museum to eat our own picnic food?

no food is allowed in the museum itself but they do have a small tea room on site but think it does not permit your own food. There is always Borough Gardens a short walk away …

Small café run by volunteers with teas, coffee and soft drinks, children's dinosaur meal deal and cakes. Reasonable prices.
