With COVID measures in place I see from reviews you aren’t currently doing the norms tours. If visitors just want to visit the shop to purchase some of your ciders, is this possible? And assuming that would be free entry just to the shop?

As far as I’m aware... they have items for sale at the entrance, if they don’t have what you require a member of staff will get them for you if available. As for everything else, you have to buy an entrance ticket now. You have to buy single entry pass or an annual pass. You can no longer go into the place for free.
I know dogs are allowed in all areas of the farm but are they allowed to go on the tours?

On our visit, there was a couple who had tbeir dog with them. The dog came around with us the majority of the way, but nearer the end we went upstairs and the dog couldn’t come.
Not cheapest place as you are a captive audience . Plenty of kids food for £5, adult main meals from £10 and coffee just under £3 so not dirt cheap not mega expensive .
A few animals to see, and the tractor ride, personally spent about 2hrs there with the kids, they enjoyed tasting the jams, not sure they would enjoy the tour tho so did the free entry
